PPM Design Workshop from 2011

I recently posted three tips for those interested in developing their own SAP PPM skills here, and was inundated with messages for more information from people wanting to learn more about implementing SAP PPM.

Many years ago I was a keynote speaker at a SAP PPM conference in Sydney, Australia.

In total I delivered three presentations: the keynote, one IT Portfolio Management presentation and a half-day workshop on how to implement PPM for IT Portfolio Management including things not to do based upon my own past experiences. I decided to search for the workshop presentation in my archives and quickly found it!

After spending a few minutes updating contact information and removing old slides no longer relevant to 2024, but it is surprisingly relevant to today’s world of S/4HANA. Of course Fiori wasn’t even a concept back then, but the back-end PPM is not that different, which is testimony to the excellent work done by the SAP PPM Development Team over the years (hat-tip to SAP).

Here are both the half-day workshop and the IT Portfolio Management presentation for you to download and follow. Finally we value your feedback at Xytalis and encourage you to reach-out either directly through our website or on LinkedIn.
