Our Methodology
Designing and implementing complex solutions like STO, EPPM or Capex require a special approach. Xytalis developed our own custom methodology (ADD) that is based on decades of industry, process and software experience. We start with a 2 day onsite workshop (Assess) to understand pain points, requirements, background, etc; and develop a high-level roadmap. We like to break projects down into small (3 - 9 month) duration projects (quick wins), that are prioritized according to business need. Each project goes through a rapid (Design) phase followed by (Deployment). Not only is this approach extremely successful, but it is also very cost effective.
